What is Maxibuy?

Maxibuy is looking out for your pocket! We enable individuals and businesses to buy in bulk or share their purchases with other shoppers. Products are sourced directly from farmers, distributors and manufacturers, making them fresher and much cheaper.
How do I create an account on Maxibuy?
Fill in all the needed information and click “create.”
How do I make an order on Maxibuy?
To place orders on Maxibuy:
  • Visit Maxibuy.co or download the Maxibuy Android App and Sign in or Create an account.
  • Browse the product you need by category or use the search bar
  • Choose the items you want to buy for yourself or TeamBuy with other shoppers.
  • Add items to your cart and check out.
  • Pay for your order securely. Your order confirmation and details will be sent to your registered email or your Whatsapp account.
Can I Place My Order And Pickup Instead Of Delivery?
Yes, you can.
Why should I buy on Maxibuy?
Products on Maxibuy are sold at wholesale prices, therefore you will always get better deals at Maxibuy. You can form teams with other individuals or businesses to buy bulk and share costs. TeamBuy to buy large volumes of products and share costs with other retailers or shoppers. Only pay for what you need.

What is Public TeamBuy?
Public TeamBuy is a feature that allows you to split the cost of goods with any shopper on Maxibuy. Only the number of items you select will be paid by you. You are not paying for the full team in Public TeamBuy. Once your TeamBuy is complete, your order is delivered to you.
How Long Does a TeamBuy Last?
TeamBuys close once the required number of products to complete the sale is reached. Otherwise, the TeamBuy will close after 72 hrs/3days. Unless you can get other people to complete the team and purchase. To ensure you don’t miss out on the deal, invite other people to join your team by sharing the link to the Public Team online through social media.
Can other people see my public team?
A Public Team goes live when the first share of the payment is paid. Anyone wanting to buy the same product can join the team.
What is Private TeamBuy?
Private TeamBuy enables you to buy and share bulk items with people in your private network. This means you and your friends and family can buy bulk and share. A Private TeamBuy requires the initiator of the TeamBuy to pay for the team before the TeamBuy can be processed. Also, note that the initiator of the TeamBuy will provide the details of all the Team members. This includes names of the team, quantity, delivery address, phone number etc.
What’s the Minimum product I can buy on a TeamBuy?
You can buy a minimum of 1 product but your team needs to buy 5 products with anyone to complete your TeamBuy.
Can I be the only one on a team?
No, but you can always get discounts if you buy in lots of 5. However, in situations where you can't buy up to 5, you can create a public TeamBuy to allow other shoppers to join your purchase. For instance, using TeamBuy, you can buy 2 cartons, and another shopper joins the team to buy 3 cartons. Then you have 5 and your TeamBuy is complete and ready to be delivered.
Can I download the Maxibuy App?
Yes, you can download the Maxibuy App. It is currently available for Android Devices. Download and install the mobile app here on Google Playstore.
Can I make purchases from the Maxibuy Mobile App?
Yes, you can make purchases on the Maxibuy Android App from Google Play for an easy and seamless shopping experience.
How do I make payment on Maxibuy?
You can pay online via Paystack or bank transfer.
Are payments on delivery accepted?
Payment on delivery is available for some orders over 25,000 naira. For all other orders, payments are confirmed before orders are dispatched for delivery.
Is free delivery available?
Free delivery is available for retailers who place orders of more than 25,000 naira.
How can I apply my coupon/discount code?
You can input your coupon codes at checkout to receive your discount.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
Our products sell out quickly. We should have most of the products back up in a few days. You can always reach out to us on support@maxibuy.com or on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) to raise questions about specific products.

What do I do if I have forgotten my username and/or password?
If you have registered with Maxibuy before but do not remember your username and/or password, you can reset it by clicking Forgot Password when trying to sign in and enter the email address associated with the account.
